Package 1 refresher training Code 95

You get the Code 95 by passing the basic qualification.

If you obtained your D driving license before 10-09-2008 or your C driving license before 10-09-2009, you can obtain the Code 95 by taking 35 hours of refresher training.

You do not need to obtain a basic qualification. If you meet all the requirements, you can get the Code 95 on your driver's license from the municipality.

The Code 95 is valid for five years.

To renew the Code 95, you take 35 hours of refresher training every five years, including at least one practical training course. If you do not do this, you cannot renew your Code 95 and will no longer be allowed to drive professionally. Start taking refresher courses on time, starting five years before the expiration date of your Code 95.

Only continuing education courses certified by the CBR count toward mandatory continuing education.

Occupational health and safety legal certifications for e.g. operating any kind of machinery.
