Complaint Procedure
Complaints/comments can be submitted through the complaint form.
Of course, you can also prefer to send a letter. Send it to:

- Upon receipt, your complaint will be registered. We aim to provide you with a response within two weeks.
- The complaint will be investigated by us.
- We aim to reach a solution within four weeks, if more time is needed you will hear from us within this time frame.
- Final settlement of the complaint, you will receive a report of this by mail or e-mail.
- Complaints will be kept confidential at all times.
- If you are not satisfied with the solution, you can submit your complaint to an independent third party.
- Complaints will be retained for a period of 2 years.
